Privacy notice
Plain-language summary of how Atlas handles the information you share through the field-talent application.
What we collect
- Contact info you type in (name, phone, email, city/state).
- Work-history answers you choose (travel, tools, experience, references).
- Optional files you upload — resume, project photos or short videos, short voice answers.
- Basic acquisition metadata (referrer, landing page, UTM tags) so reviewers can see how you found us.
How reviewers use it
Atlas Installations recruiters read your application to evaluate you for retail and commercial field installation work. Automated tools may read your resume text and transcribe your voice answers so reviewers can prepare faster. A person on the Atlas team makes every hiring decision — AI does not.
How long we keep it
- Files not attached to a completed application are purged automatically after 48 hours.
- Submitted applications are kept for active recruiting and future openings.
- You can request deletion at any time — see below.
Correction and deletion
Email careers@atlasinstallations.com with the subject "Privacy request" and include the name and email you used to apply. We will:
- Confirm receipt within 5 business days.
- Correct or delete your application and associated files on request.
